Ability to view claim notes from Insurance Payment Screen

• On the current and new Single Insurance Payment screen, next to the DOS in the Outstanding Patient Claims table there should a notes icon.

• The notes icon should enabled if the particular claim has anything in the claim notes. If the particular claim does not have any note, the notes icon is grayed out and disabled.

• Clicking the notes icon should pop up a modal screen that shows just the claim notes for that claim

New patient text message - removed the requirement that the text message should have patient registration link.

Currently a text message to a new patient is required to have a patient registration link. This requirement has been removed. Users still have an option to add a link. The default message will stay the same(with the link added).

Mid Atlantic - Auto post utility now accepts insurance payments

Utilities → Office Specific → Mid Atlantic (only enabled for PGID = 3040, mid atlantic) → Auto Post Utility

This utility can now import/auto post insurance payments.

We have introduced new fields in the import file required to post an insurance payment.

Same rules of insurance payment still apply when auto posting and the import file needs to have all those fields updated for the import to work.

Twilio Phone Number provisioning

Phone Number Provisioning based on OFFICE’s area code

• Office setup (add/remove) in Denticon

• Enable/Disable office phone number in Denticon Admin

• Number generation by nightly job for A2P 10DLC registration

Process Steps:

1. Enable site feature

2. Fill the required fields in the correct form

3. Click Registration button

4. Communication Tab will be LOCKED for nightly job to be completed

5. Follow the “Registration Status” at top-left corner (4-steps registration)
