• “eSign Document Portal” renamed to “Patient Document Portal”

eSign portal will now be main patient facing website for any patient related to documents required to be signed (esign) by the patient. Hence we are renaming the portal to “Patient Document Portal”

Treatment Plan - Send Tx Plan report electronically to ‘Patient Document Portal’

• New ‘Correspondence’ option in Email or Text message screen

• Tx Plan to send will have same options as printing a treatment plan report

• 'Patient document portal' will show the report. This is only for view purposes only as of this point. No sign or approval recorded.

• Tx Plan sent to patient is also saved to patient notes along with email sent record.

Provider Setup -

If a provider is setup as billing provider, no transactions are allowed to posted towards this provider. This provider will not be available as part of the provider dropdown option.

If a billing provider is set patient’s preferred provider, we show an error message

Blank Insurance Forms - save pdf to patient notes

When user prints a blank insurance form we currently only add a note. With this new improvement, the printed report is also attached to the patient note

When "Assign Benefits to Patient" is checked, the date in field 37 of the ADA claim form should be blank. Currently it prints a date on production.
