Once enabled the templates, campaigns etc are copied from modal PGID to the new PGID immediately. Before one had to submit a ticket to DOL team.

Note - If a PGID enabled and then disabled and re-enabled again and then we do NOT copy in order to avoid over writing. We will reviewing this workflow for future.
