Defects

Issue: Procedures re-estimating using outdated fee schedules due to past scheduled or appointment dates affecting fee selection.

Solution: Updated re-estimation logic to ignore all past dates and only consider future appointments or today’s date for fee calculation.

Patient Portal

Issue: Continuous issues with patients signing into Patient Portal

Solution: Improved error messaging and logging to give more informative user feedback (to help with diagnosis).

Appointments

Issue: Users without the Appointments - Schedule Appointments for Locked-down Account access right cannot schedule appointments for new patients.

Patient Information

Issue: Patient gender updates via the online registration form (and import) do not refresh images in Apteryx as expected.

Progress Notes (old UI)

Issue: Unable to add/save notes in Restorative Chart's Progress Notes tab (no longer reproducible)

Solution: Error linked to unused variable ismuoltiple in Progress Notes code; removed variable as a long-term fix to prevent any further intermittent issues.
