If your organization is not subscribed to Denticon Patient Communications, you will not be able to request 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication). This authentication is required to perform a Denticon Download.
To verify your subscription status:
- Navigate to Setup
- Go to Account Info
- Select Communications
If this page is blank, please submit a ticket to support@planetdds.com, and a support rep will assist you further.
If this isn't blank, please check the cell phone number listed under YOUR username in Setup > Security > Users.
