We have a copy of our data, obtained through the data download function. The data doesn’t look like the Denticon screens; therefore, we can’t read it very easily. What is the purpose of the data download?

The data download is intended:

• for a dental organization to generate specific reports on its own, according to the dental organization’s specific requirements for information outside of Denticon’s programmed reports
• for conversion purposes when an office decides to depart from Denticon.

The data is not intended to be viewed on its own as a practice management solution.
