Production Goal Shows as $0 or Is Missing for a Provider
Likely Cause
Provider daily goals have not been configured in Denticon, or the provider has no production transactions in the current month to date. DPA only displays a goal for providers with non-zero Net Production MTD.
Resolution Steps
- Navigate to Denticon Setup → Providers → Provider Goals.
- Verify that goals are entered for all active providers.
- Confirm the provider has had production transactions in the current period.
- Note: If Daily Goal = $0, the Daily Average to Meet Monthly Goal will also display as $0 — this is expected behavior.
How to Set Up Provider Daily Goals
- Log in to Denticon with appropriate admin access.
- Navigate to Setup → Providers → Provider Goals.
- Enter the daily production goal amount for each provider.
- Save your changes.
Goals will be reflected in DPA dashboards — including Production Analysis, Morning Huddle, Provider Breakdown, and Hygiene Recall — within the next data refresh cycle.
A Provider Is Not Appearing in the Scorecard
Likely Cause
DPA only displays providers who have a non-zero value in at least one scorecard metric. Providers with zero values across all displayed metrics are hidden from the default scorecard view.
Resolution Steps
- Confirm the provider has transactions in the selected date range.
- Check the right-panel filters — hidden providers are still accessible via filters for data verification.
- Verify the provider is correctly associated with an office in Denticon configuration.
