Introduction:
This guide is for users who have Denticon Practice Analytics who are looking for a walkthrough to find the list of patients who are in their "Danger Zone" of patients that need to be addressed for retention.
Question 1: How do I access the menu for the Danger Zone List?
Answer:
Access the menu for Utilities > Launch > Denticon Practice Analytics
Select Patient Visit Analysis tab on the left
Click the right-facing arrow in the section that shows Active, Inactive, and Danger Zone patient

- If desired, users can click the arrow under Patient Name to sort the list alphabetically by last name.

Question 2: What can my office do with this list?
Answer:
We recommend reviewing this list regularly to help ensure that you know which patients are at risk of not returning to the practice who were previously treated there. This list displays patients who visited that had a Ledger transaction between the previous 24 and 12 months (up to two years ago) but not within the most recent 12 months (within the last year).
Your practice can use this list for a Patient Care: Follow Up Campaign via the Send Email/SMS button to alert them to benefits your team offers or remind them to schedule an appointment soon.
