Green means a metric is performing at or above the target threshold. Yellow means the metric is approaching the threshold but not quite there. Red means performance is below the acceptable threshold. For goal-based metrics (e.g., Net Production vs Goal, Collections % of Production), the thresholds are: above 95% = Green, 85–95% = Yellow, below 85% = Red.
