If XVCapture or Dentiray Capture is failing while you are taking images you will need to reset the config (s) for that device. It doesn't matter whether it is an x-ray unit or IO camera taking the images.
To do this, go into ...\Apteryx\XVCapture\Configs folder or the ...\DentirayCapture\Configs folder. Create a backup of the current configs by creating a Configsold folder inside of the Configs folder and copy all of the files into the ConfigsOld folder or a location of your choosing.
You will look for the file with the computer name in the beginning and the equipment extension name in the middle. Delete those files. You should now be able to take images normally.
Your files will look similar to these.
If you are missing the Forward Images option on the main XVCapture or Dentiray Capture screen or if something doesn't look quite right, you will need to delete all of the files in the Configs folder then set up the software again.

Launch XVCapture or Dentiray Capture. This will bring you to the a DICOM setup dialogue.
Scroll down to the section labeled "Command Line Support" and uncheck any boxes that are checked.
Continue to scroll down until you see the Image Forwarding section. Make sure to check the boxes as they are pictured in the image below. Your Server AE Title will be different. However, it should be there. It will look like this, without that one small difference.

Click OK until you are out of the dialogue. This should resolve your issue. If you still need help, please submit a new ticket.
