MyTooth is a standalone, web-based platform designed to simplify patient scheduling and digital form management for dental practices. It can be used independently or as an add-on to Denticon, enhancing both patient experience and operational efficiency
Key Features
- Customizable Online Scheduling: Patients can book appointments online using a dedicated URL for each practice location. This link can be embedded on your website or shared via Google Reviews, email, or SMS.
- Digital Form Creation & Management: Practices can create and manage custom forms (e.g., health history, patient registration) for patients to complete securely online.
- Seamless Denticon Integration: MyTooth syncs locations, providers, and appointment types from Denticon, ensuring up-to-date scheduling and record-keeping.
Getting Started
- Sign Up: Register your practice to receive a unique API Key and API Secret.
- Enter Credentials: Input these credentials into the MyTooth application.
- Automatic Sync: MyTooth will sync your locations, providers, and appointment types from Denticon.
Role-Based Features
- Providers: Define appointment types, production categories, and maintain accurate scheduling availability.
- Office Managers: Build custom forms, manage online booking settings, and generate unique URLs for each form or packet.
Online Booking Experience
- Booking URL Format:
booking.mytooth.io/[officename] - Patient Workflow:
- Choose between New Patient or Existing Patient
- Select Appointment Type and Provider
- Upload personal information
- Receive a confirmation email
- New patients get a follow-up email or SMS with a link to complete their new patient forms.
Behind the Scenes:
- Denticon creates a chart record with a unique Patient ID (no temporary patients)
- Appointment is added to the Denticon Scheduler
- Uploaded patient photo is saved to the chart
- Driver’s license and insurance card are stored as attachments in Patient Notes.
Digital Forms Experience
- Forms URL Format:
form.mytooth.io/[officename] - Patient Workflow:
- New patients receive a Magic Link via email or SMS to complete forms securely
- Patients verify identity and complete forms step-by-step
- Forms can also be accessed via the location-specific URL.
Denticon Integration:
- New patients trigger chart creation with a unique Patient ID
- Existing patients’ data is reused
- All submitted forms are saved as PDFs in Patient Notes
- Demographic and Medical History forms update the corresponding records in Denticon.
Communication & Campaigns
- All email and SMS communications sent through MyTooth use DPC for Denticon, ensuring consistent branding and delivery.
- Office managers can use MyTooth URLs in DPC campaigns to drive form completion and appointment bookings.
