Pre-Requisites
- Under Setup > Security > Users > select your username > Group Permissions, you must have a group that includes the following permissions:
- Setup - Office Screen Full Control
- Setup > Security > Groups > select group > Edit can be used to give permission to a new group of users.
SmartAssist Setup
Administrators can enable SmartAssist and set form frequency at:
- Setup > Offices > Office Setup > SmartAssist
- Check the box for “Enable SmartAssist”
- Check the boxes next to the items to show in the SmartAssist.
- For HIPAA and Consent Forms, select the document to be completed. Also select the frequency for each of the documents to be updated:
- Every Visit
- Every Year
- Every Two Years
- Every Calendar Year
- Click Save.
