Description:
Quick Save is a tool to quickly and easily save patient accounts in Denticon. This feature allows you to enter only the essential information about the patient so that the profile can be updated fully at a later time.

Quickly and easily add patients at any time from the Patient dropdown menu.
Options for both new responsible parties and existing responsible parties allow for flexible account creation options.
Technical specifications:
The Quick Save features for adding new patients to their own account or as new members under an existing responsible party can both be added as permissions to new or existing Group Memberships with the following steps:
Access the menu for Setup > Security Groups

Either select an existing group title on the left and press Edit or press Add and create new group.
If creating a new group, be sure to add all the correct permissions and enter a name in the Group Name field.

From the Available Rights list, click the following options and press the right arrow to add them to Assigned Rights:
Patient - Add New Member - Quick Save Patient - Add New Member Full Control Patient - Add New Patient - Quick Save Patient - Add New Patient Full Control
Press Save to confirm when the process is complete.

After adding the permission, be sure to have team members clear their browser cache and sign back in via PlanetDDS.com under the I'm A Client > Denticon Login menu. This will make sure their account changes are live.
