• Click the word “Reports”
• Click “Lists”
• Select the “Responsible Party List ” option

Responsible Party List - Balance - To understand which Responsible Parties have a balance

Responsible Party List - Balance Aged Over X Days - To understand which Responsible Party have accounts overdue in the selected Aging period

Responsible Party List - Created Date - To understand the number of Responsible Party accounts

Responsible Party List - Resp. Party Type  - A list of Responsible Parties by type

Responsible Party List -Send Statement Status - A list of Responsible Parties that are eligible or ineligible to receive a statement

Responsible Part List - Zip  - A list of Responsible Parties by Zip Code
