- Click the word “Reports”.
- Choose the “Lists” and “Patient/Resp.Party List” options from the drop-down box.
- Select the Patients List-Grouped by report.
- In the drop down menu for "Report By" select "HIPAA Agreement"
- Click the Print / Preview button to generate a report.
How can I find patients who are and are not indicated as having a HIPAA agreement on file with our office?
