Denticon has several patient list reports for users to identify patients. You can find them by going to:

- Active Patient List – to understand the number of active patient records.
- Inactive Patient List – to understand the number of inactive patient records.
- New Patient List – shows newly created patient records within a date range.
- New Patients - By Referral – shows newly created patient records within a date range, sorted by referral sources.
- New Patients - By Referral Type – shows newly created patient records within a date range, sorted by referral types.
- New Patient Thru Appointment – to understand patients with only a “New Patient” appointment, which has not been activated into a full patient record.
- Patients on a Regular Payment Plan indicate patients with a regular payment contract within a setup date/date range.
- Patients on Ortho Payment Plan indicate patients with an orthodontic contract within a setup date/date range.
- Patients Seen Per Day – provides a count of the number of patients in a date range.
- Patients Seen Per Day by Age – provides a count of the number of patients in a date range, shown in 10-year categories.
- Patients Seen by Medical Alerts – provides a count of the number of patients in a date range, per medical alert.
- Patients with Medical Alerts – provides a list of patients with selected medical alerts.
- Patients List – to understand all patient records, with options to include/exclude inactive patient records; as well as understanding which records have the HIPAA box check marked.
- Patients by Provider – to understand patients assigned to a preferred provider.
- Patients by Last visit – provides a list of patients, indicating the Last Visit date.
- Patients by Patient Type – provides a list of patients per patient type, when indicated in the patient record.
- Patients by Zip Code – provides a list of patients, sorted by zip code.
- Patients by Birthdate – provides a list of patients, sorted by birthday month.
- Patients List – Email – provides a list of patients, indicating the email within the patient record.
- Patients Insurance List – to understand the insurance plan assigned to patient records.
- Patient's Notes – the ability to print Patient Notes within a specific patient record.
- Patient List – Detail – to understand patient contact information.
- Patients by Fee Schedule – provides a list of patients, indicating the patient’s default fee schedule.
- Patients Seen by Zipcode – provides a count of the number of patients in a zip code.
