Administrators of multi-location practices can add or remove individual prescription listings available to each office, like the way procedure and explosion codes can be set for each office.
- Click the word “Setup” and "Offices"
- Choose the “Office Assignment” option from the drop-down box
- Select the desired location
- Select the “Rx” tab
- Click the Edit button
- Add or remove prescriptions by moving the listing to/from the assigned column.
- Click “Save” button
Only assigned prescriptions will appear in each office. As a default, each office will have all prescriptions created in the PGID and can be unassigned as needed
