Overview
Denticon allows users to enter and track prescriptions, including those e-prescribed via the DoseSpot integration. The Prescription Detail Report provides a history of all prescriptions entered under a specific user or provider during a selected time period.
Resolution Steps
- Navigate to Reports (Old) > Lists > Prescription/Drug List.
- Select the report parameters:
- Office(s) to include
- Date range
- User(s) to include
- Provider(s) to include
- Click Print Preview.
Important Notes
- Prescriptions cannot be deleted from the system once entered into a patient's record.
- Prescriptions can be struck off, but unlike struck-off progress notes, they cannot be hidden from view.
