An image which matches Denticon’s file criteria may be uploaded in the patient's record:

You can only upload file up to 10 MB in size. Allowed file extensions are: .gif, .jpg,.jpeg, .png & .pdf.

Save the digital file to the office computer's hard drive/network
Access the patient record
Click the notepad icon for "Patient Notes"
Click the Add New Note button
Change the note type from the default "Patient Note" to "Documents (Upload)"
Browse for the saved file
Click the Save button
