We’re trying to ensure our patients are rescheduled for failed appointments. Which report is best?

Denticon provides several appointment-related reports for consideration:

  • Reports / Appointment Reports / Appointment List/ Report Format To Print field: Canceled List
    • a historical understanding of which patients have cancelled appointments
    • does not consider if a replacement appointment has been made for the patient
  • Reports / Appointment Reports /Appointment List/Report Format To Print field: Missed Appointment List
    • a historical understanding of which patients have appointments which have been marked as "missed"
    • does not consider if a replacement appointment has been made for the patient
  • Reports / Appointment Reports / Appointment List/ Report Format To Print field:Call List
    • an understanding of which patients have missed or cancelled appointments
    • considers if a replacement appointment has been made for the patient
    • if a replacement appointment has been made for the patient, the patient does not appear on the report when using the default report parameters (excepting the date(s))
