Denticon provides several appointment-related reports for consideration:
- Reports / Appointment Reports / Appointment List/ Report Format To Print field: Canceled List
- a historical understanding of which patients have cancelled appointments
- does not consider if a replacement appointment has been made for the patient
- Reports / Appointment Reports /Appointment List/Report Format To Print field: Missed Appointment List
- a historical understanding of which patients have appointments which have been marked as "missed"
- does not consider if a replacement appointment has been made for the patient
- Reports / Appointment Reports / Appointment List/ Report Format To Print field:Call List
- an understanding of which patients have missed or cancelled appointments
- considers if a replacement appointment has been made for the patient
- if a replacement appointment has been made for the patient, the patient does not appear on the report when using the default report parameters (excepting the date(s))
