Introduction:
The SmartAssist Report Card is a valuable asset to run in preparation for a day’s appointments. It assists your team in knowing what forms, medical information, demographics, and payments will need to be updated. If a consent field is not configured in the office's SmartAssist setup, the corresponding column on the SmartAssist report card will show "N/A".
Issue description:
The SmartAssist Report Card will show "N/A" in one (or more) of the consent columns, if the office's SmartAssist Setup does not have a corresponding consent configured.
Signs:
Basic troubleshooting steps:
- Go to Setup>Offices>Office Setup>SmartAssist.
- Verify if the checkbox next to the consent field is marked and if a consent form has been selected.
- Contact support if the consent has been configured in SmartAssist but "N/A" is showing in the corresponding column of the report.
