Description:
Denticon features a Patient Portal that allows users to:
- Check Balance
- Review ledger transactions
- Pay on Account via credit card
- Review Upcoming Appointments
- Update medical history
The Patient Portal cannot be disabled at this time.
Best Practices:
The only way to block a patient/resp. party would be to remove the responsible party's email address on file as the system matches the responsible party's email address in Denticon to the email address being used to login to the portal.
