Introduction:
After logging into Denticon, the initial screen is “My Page.” On this page, Users will see a dashboard of the most used utilities. The utilities displaying depend on the User’s Role.
For Dentists, Office Managers, and Corporate Managers, the upper left section will display Dentilytics Basic.
This is also viewable by going to Utilities>Launch>Dentilytics Basic.
It is important to note that this is synched to data from the previous day
Issue description:
If a user is viewing "My Page" on the first of the month, nothing will show for month to date production until the next day.
Basic troubleshooting steps:
Go to Utilities>Launch>Dentilytics Basic, and note that the last synch date is 11:59pm of the previous day.
If the synch shows the last synch date was before 11:59pm the pervious day, please reach out to support.
