If the scheduler is not responding when trying to add a new appointment or edit/post an existing appointment, it may be possible that there is an issue with one of the Chrome extensions. Extensions can also cause issues in other areas of Denticon, like PDF receipts, Ledger Payment Signatures, etc. Try testing to see if you are able to schedule using Microsoft Edge. If you can schedule in Edge but not Chrome, please try these steps:
- Select the Extensions button in Chrome and then Select Manage Extensions.
- Locate the Extension labeled MacAfee WebAdvisor and toggle the switch to Off – It should change from blue to grey.
- Other extensions known to cause issues in Denticon include Adobe Acrobat and NexHealth's* browser extensions. These should be removed as well.
- Close your browser.
- Reopen your browser and try Denticon again.
If this issue persists, or if you need assistance to complete these instructions, please reach back out on this ticket and an associate will reach back out to assist you.
*In some rare instances, an account Admin may have gotten NexHealth whitelisted. In these cases, please consult with your account Admin to discuss what extensions are suggested by the NexHealth team.
