As is suggested in the question, while the Planetdds team is extremely sensitive to your needs, sometimes Denticon is not always the culprit for slowness.
You can rest assured that performance and availability is our top priority. Denticon is monitored 24/7/365 by trained, certified professionals; several team members are certified in Cisco and Microsoft technologies to provide the highest technological knowledge to the team. As an extra precaution we also have multiple third party vendors who monitor Denticon from different parts of the world. Any system or software abnormality will trigger an emergency alert and will dispatch our highest level technical resources for resolution. We have the highest level of support with our hardware/software vendors and will escalate to them if it reaches that point. NOTE: Backup.Denticon.com will allow you to Print your schedule, Routing Slips as of 'last night' in order to be able to continue treating patients while your system is slow.
Here’s a suggested checklist:
