We notice that the insurance plan assigned to the patient reflects the Anniversary Date when benefits reset. How can we update the Anniversary Date and ensure it updates all patients assigned to this plan?

From the Primary Insurance Screen

Click 'View Current Ins Plan' 

Edit Plan Info

Change the Anniversary Date 

Save 

Confirm the changes - Yes 

If the user accepts the Re-calculate and update benefits function, Denticon will reset and recalculate the accurate benefit remaining amount for the patients assigned to this plan, based on the current insurance anniversary date. (Reset remaining Deductible and remaining maximum)

if the use does not accept the Re-calculate and update benefits function, the patients' remaining benefits will remain unchanged and may require manual updating individually.
