Apparently, the Adobe Acrobat Reader program’s toolbar has been disabled on the user’s computer.
The solution is within your computer’s Adobe Acrobat Reader program, not the Denticon program. All documents are generated out of Denticon, and presented on the user’s computer screen through the Adobe Acrobat Reader program.
To correct:
· Right-click the gray bar at the top (beneath the “Export to Excel” button)
· From the popup menu, select the “Show/Hide Toolbar” option
· Select “File”
The File toolbar will appear at the top of the screen, allowing the user to Save, Print, and maneuver through the Adobe document.
