The user’s computer may not have the most current Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. Click the word “Help” and choose the “Help & Support” option from the drop-down box. Click on the Adobe Acrobat Reader link and download. The user’s computer will likely have to re-boot to completely install the newest version of the Reader. Be sure to save any documents from other software programs before starting the download, and close the other software programs. Also, once the Adobe website is accessed, it is wise to Logout and close the Denticon screens.
