Denticon, as a Practice Management Software, does not have a function to print directly in the program.
Denticon generates all printed documents to Adobe Acrobat Reader® for printing (i.e., reports, letters, statements, claims).
Here’s a suggested checklist:
¨ Ensure the computer-to-printer cable(s) are securely connected on both the computer and the printer
¨ Ensure the printer power cable is securely connected to an operational power outlet
¨ Ensure the printer power is turned on
¨ Ensure a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader® is installed on the computer from which the print command is generated
¨ repair Adobe Acrobat Reader®
o open the Adobe Acrobat Reader® program
o click Help
o choose Repair Adobe Reader® Installation
¨ Ensure a current version of Microsoft Internet Explorer® is installed on the computer from which the print command is generated
¨ Ensure the version of Adobe Acrobat Reader® is compatible with the version of Microsoft Internet Explorer® which is installed on the computer
¨ Confirm the printer drivers are current – check the printer manufacturer’s website for current drivers; install current drivers
¨ Ensure the computer meets all of Denticon’s “Minimum System Requirements”
