To locate an appointment that is marked as a New Patient appointment:
· On the Scheduler Window, click the word “Scheduler”
· Click the “Find Appt” option from the drop-down box
· Input a desired date range that should encompass the date of the New Patient appointment
· Input a patient's last name
· Click the Search button
A list of matching returns for the search will appear at the bottom of the screen. The New Patient appointment will indicate New Patient in the Notes segment.
