Appointments older than two years are archived. The archiving of this information helps Denticon streamline the data, which in turn enhances retrieval speed for all users.
Patient-based appointment information –
On the patient overview screen, the appointments for the recent-past two years are displayed.
To view older appointments, click on the “Archived Appointment” button above the current appointment detailed list. A popup window with the archived appointment details will display.
This screen may be printed by clicking the Printer Icon in the Upper Right Corner next to PGID/ OID.
Office-based appointment information –
The office is able to generate a full report that includes criteria such as date range, operatory, and provider:
- Click the word “Reports”
- Choose the “Appointment Reports” option from the drop-down list
- Select the “Appointment Detail (Archived)” option
- Enter a “Start Date” and “End Date” which is prior to two years ago
Note: This report is not patient specific and will generate for all patients in the selected date range.
