Denticon provides a wonderful wealth of information on the Patient’s Overview screen.
Within the Patient Overview screen, all the patient’s appointments may be reviewed.
Also available in the listing of patient appointments is the ability to review in the “Status” column:
- determine the current appointment status (i.e., “scheduled,” “left message,” “confirmed,” etc)
- determine the patient’s reliability regarding planned appointments (i.e., “missed” and “cancelled”)
Current Appointments –
A listing of all current appointments is provided in the “Appointments” section, listed in chronological order.
Future and current date appointments appear at the top of the list.
Older appointments appear toward the bottom of the list.
Archived Appointments –
Appointments older than two years are archived. The archiving of this information helps Denticon streamline the data, which in turn enhances retrieval speed for all users.
On the patient overview screen, the appointments for the recent-past two years are displayed.
To view older appointments, click on the “Archived Appointment” button above the current appointment detailed list. A popup window with the archived appointment details will display:
