Where is the license number in Box 50 of the ADA claim form determined in our setup?

The decision of which license number to show on the ADA claim form is best determined by the practice. 

To indicate the desired license number:

·   Setup>Offices>Office Setup

·    Select the desired office location

·   The information is indicated in the “Billing License# to use in claims” field 

To change the current Billing license information for the office:

·   Click the Edit Office button

·   Indicate the desired choice in the “Billing License# to use in claims” field

·   Click the Save button
