Access the patient’s record.
Click the word “Print” and the “Labels” and “Label-Appointment” options from the drop-down list.
On the popup window, choose the label size.
o The Small label will print the patient name, appointment date and time, the length of the appointment, and the provider name.
o The Large label will print the same information; and will show the office name, address, and phone number.
If a patient has several future appointments, select the desired date in the appointment field.
Click the Print / Preview button.
Print the label, and close the Adobe window.
