When a claim appears in the listing, Denticon screens the claim for correctness. Items such as name of the patient and subscriber and birth dates of each are checked.
The green/white check mark 
indicates a claim has passed initial screening from Denticon, and is available for submission to ClaimConnect. You may mouse-over the check mark to view a confirmation message.
The red international “No” sign 
indicates a problem with the claim. You may mouse-over the sign to view a message that indicates the problem.
