When Denticon hears of this, we usually discover that the screen message which indicates the session will expire is related to the usage of the Help Portal, not the Denticon program.
The Help Portal is programmed to close the session after being idle.
When the user clicks the “OK” button to extend the Help Portal session, an additional message is presented to the user.
