Denticon requires that offices which use Dexis imaging software ensure each office computer meets and maintains Denticon’s published “minimum system requirements” in order to properly function with the separate imaging software.
Denticon’s searchable KnowledgeBase within the “Help / Help Portal” link may be searched for the phrase “minimum system requirements” to obtain the current published document.
Each minimum system requirement item within the document must be entered within the individual computer, especially these areas:
- Trusted Sites
- Compatibility Views
- Pop-up Blockers
- Click the word “Setup”
- Select “Offices”
- Ensure the correct Dexis software program is recorded in the “X-Ray System” field on the “Integration” tab
