To generate a list of appointments which were created on a certain date (or date range):
- Click the word Reports>Appointment List> Appointment Detail>
- Select the “Only AppointNow Appointments”
- Enter the date(s) which appointments were created (not the appointment date)
- Click the
button to generate the report to the Adobe Acrobat Reader program for viewing and printing
The AppointNow information will be at the start of the report, indicated as user “_APPOINTNOWPAT_”
