There are security rights associated with editing Users’ time clock entries. The office Administrator (usually the dentist-owner) should ensure that the appropriate User Group(s) are properly adjusted for these rights before implementing the time clock in your office.
· Click the word “Setup” and choose the “Security” and “Groups” options from the drop-down box
· Select the desired group
· Click the Edit User Group button
· On the left side (Available Rights), select the right: Utilities – Time Clock Edit Full Control
· Use the arrows in the center of the screen to move from the left side (Available Rights) to the right side (Assigned Rights)
· Click the Save button
