The benefits for a plan have changed for all employees. Can I make changes to the insurance plan – changes in benefit anniversary date, in benefit coverage, in benefit maximum and deductible amounts?

When an insurance plan changes its benefits, an update to the existing information is necessary. To update, access the insurance plan by clicking the word “Setup” and choose the “Insurance” and “Insurance Plans” options from the drop-down box. Locate the desired insurance plan through the Search function. Click the Edit Plan Info button.
Amend the plan information as necessary. Click the Save button, and confirm the action.
