The dental organization has the ability to embed a logo applicable to:
- the entire dental organization (corporate logo)
- an individual office location (treating location logo)
Similarly, the dental organization has the ability to indicate:
- Corporate location address
- Corporate statement address
- Treating location address
Logo Specifications –
Only JPG, PNG, GIF, and BMP formatted images are accepted.
The image file size is a maximum of 2MB.
The optimal image size is 400x200 pixels (2:1 ratio). Use of different dimensions may distort the display of the image.
Corporate Statement Address –
The Corporate Address is the main address for your account.
If the Responsible Party’s monthly statement needs to indicate a different address for remittance, the address should be indicated as the Corporate Statement Address:
To define corporate addresses:
- click the word “Setup”
- choose the “Account Info” option from the drop-down list
- click the Edit Account button
- input the desired address information
- to use the Corporate Address for statements, place a checkmark in the “Use Corporate Address” box
- to have a different address, enter a new address in the “Corporate Statement Address” fields
- click the Save button
Corporate Logo –
If the dental organization has a corporate logo already set up, the logo may be seen as a preview thumbnail.
To remove the logo:
- click the Delete Logo button
- click the Save button
To replace or add a new logo:
- click the Upload New Logo button
- click the “Browse…” button to locate an image file
- click the Save button
Treating Location Address –
The Treating Location Address is the address for the treating location/office
If the monthly statements need to indicate a different address for remittance, set up the Statement Name and Address (above)
To define treating location addresses:
- click the word “Setup” and "Offices"
- choose the “Office Setup” option from the drop-down list
- select the desired office
- click the Edit Office button
- input the desired address information within the “Treating Address” section
- to indicate a remittance address to appear on your statements and letters, the dental organization may select the desired option with the “Statement Name and Address” section: Click the Statement Tab
- Use Treating Name and Address
- Use Corporate Name and Address (per the “Setup” and “Account Info” screen)
- Use Office Statement Address
- Use Corporate Statement Name and Address (per the “Setup” and “Account Info” screen)
- click the Save button
Treating Location Logo –
If the dental organization has an office logo already set up, the logo may be seen as a preview thumbnail.
To remove the logo:
- click the Delete Logo button
- click the Save button
To replace or add a new logo:

- click the “Browse…” button to locate an image file
- click the Save button
Please Note: If the office uploads a Logo to display on statements printed, the Office /Corporate name should be embedded within the logo.
Correspondence Name field in Statement Settings represents the name that will print on letters.
