Appropriate Group Memberships must be designed before assigning access rights to individual users.

Setup / Security / Groups

If the appropriate group is designed before entering the new user, the group can be selected during the user setup.

If the group is not yet designed, another group must be chosen during the setup and later edited to reflect the correct group after the setup.
