Quick Answer
The calendar icons marked "1" and "7" on the Denticon Scheduler window control how the schedule is displayed: "1" shows a daily view and "7" shows a weekly view. Both views reflect operatory availability, independent of which provider is assigned to each station.

Overview
The "1" and "7" icons on the Scheduler window designate how the Scheduler screen is presented to the viewer. Selecting "1" switches to a daily view; selecting "7" switches to a weekly view.
Both views display the availability of operatories, regardless of whether a provider is marked as available. If a provider is listed as unavailable under Setup > Providers > Per Office Settings, the operatory will still appear as available in the view, because another provider may be able to utilize that operatory. The view is an overall view of the operatories, independent of the provider assigned to that station.
