Click the word “Reports” and choose the “Appointments Reports/Appointment List/ In the Report Format to Print select "Cancelled List" or “Missed Appointment List” options. The date range defaults to the current date, but can be adjusted for a single date or a date range. Indicate the desired Patient Type, Responsible Party Type, and Provider report parameters. Click the button to view the report in a separate window.
