There are two options to remove a patient from recall reports and recall postcards.
Option #1, if the patient record is to remain an “Active” patient record –
- access the patient record
- click the Edit Recall button
- remove the desired "recall due date" information
- click the Save button
Option #2, if the patient record is not to remain an “Active” patient record –
- access the patient record
- click the Edit button in the patient information section
- ensure no checkmark in the "Active" box
- click the Save button
