Denticon usually discovers this issue when an office converts to Denticon from Eaglesoft.
NOTE: There may be additional software programs which have similar problem programs
To correct:
- Click the Windows “Start” button in the lower left corner of the screen
- Select the “Run” option
- Input "dcomcnfg" (no quotation marks)
- Click the Enter key on the keyboard
- Double-click on “Computers”
- Right click on "My Computer"
- Select "Properties"
- Select the "Default Properties" tab
- Change the Default Authentication Level to "Connect"
- Click the “Apply” button
- Click the “Save” button
