When Denticon hears of difficulty submitting a ticket, we generally find:
- the Help Portal was already accessed from a previous session, and the user has allowed the session to expire due to inactivity
- the user has multiple session of the Help Portal open in the computer System Tray (at the bottom of the screen)
The best way to fix:
- log out of Denticon
- ensure all Help Portal windows are closed in the System Tray
- log back in to Denticon
The “Help Portal” is not a Denticon product. As a result, the Denticon team does not have programming control over its functionality.
