To understand the accounts which do not have “Send Statement” checkmarked:

Click the word “Reports” and choose the “Lists” and “ Patient/Resp. Party List” options from the drop-down box
Select the “Responsible Party List” report
Report by “Send Statement Status” and select status to be "No"
Click the Print / Preview button
