Our office would like to have the contracted fee and the office UCR printed on our statements. How can this be done?

When Denticon is contracted to generate the monthly batch statements, the office has the option to:

• print only the Ledger amount associated to the posted procedure
• print both the Ledger amount associated to the posted procedure, as well as the office UCR fee

The option to print the UCR on the statement is not currently available to the office within Reports/Statements.
