• Is there a report that shows what patients are scheduled for Recalls?
• The recall reports screen has a “Post-Op Report” and a “Procedural Recall Report” listed. What is the difference?
• We recorded a procedure code in a patient’s transactions. When we generate the procedural recall report, the patient does not appear on the report. What is wrong with the patient’s transaction?
